My Approach

Whether we are in a one-on-one session, a group space, or in community, I value:

🧠 Trauma-Informed and Strengths-Based Care

I understand the tremendous impact that trauma has on our lives and how trauma lives in the body. I honor the adaptive wisdom that comes with traumatic experiences. I work relationally and at the pace of trust. I hold space for nervous system healing, personal agency, and the small moments that create safety.

🌀 Soul-Centered Inquiry

I believe in looking beyond pathology and symptoms. I hold space for your grief, creativity, spirituality, ancestral lineage, and longing. These are sacred doorways to healing. I invite the parts of you that may have been silenced, exiled, or forgotten, and welcome them back into your wholeness.

🤝 Mutuality and Co-Regulation

Healing is something we co-create in our work together. I bring warmth, care, and skill—but also humility, humor, and humanity. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself can be reparative when it is built on safety, attunement, and respect.

🌍 Decolonial and Liberatory Practice

My work is guided by a commitment to healing that is collective, not just individual. I honor the wisdom of the land, the body, and ancestral traditions. I seek to name and challenge systems of oppression that create harm while cultivating spaces of safety, reclamation, and restoration. This includes acknowledging and working within the complexities of privilege, power, and identity in the healing process.

💗 Presence

I am down-to-earth, warm, and deeply relational. I show up authentically. I believe in boundaries, transparency, and consent as foundations for safety. I believe in laughter and tears. I believe in allowing things to be messy, because life often is.

This work is sacred to me. It is soul work. It is remembering work. And I’m honored to walk alongside those called to the path of healing.
